Light Up the Night

Sexual violence awareness week is a time to celebrate achievements in the fight to eliminate sexual violence. The St. John’s Women’s Centre held an event called Light up the Night on Friday, September 17. This event kicked-off the influential Take Back the Night march at Bannerman Park, organized by the Sexual Violence Awareness Committee.
